Program Implementation & Employee Communications:
- Design customized Injury Plan and Dispute Resolution Plan to best fit the employer’s work-injury program needs.
- Roll out Injury Plan (or its SPD), Dispute Resolution Plan and Nonsubscriber program procedures to designated management, location managers and employees.

Train designated personnel in customized Nonsubscriber claims handling procedures, protocols, monitoring and reporting.
- Employees are required to use designated medical providers and receive pre-authorization for certain non-emergency medical services.
- Close, continuing communications by Third Party Administrator with: the medical provider(s), the injured employee and designated management.
- Analyze Nonsubscriber insurance policy forms, coverages and premium quotes so as to secure insurance in line with the employer’s risk retention objectives.
- Inform workers’ compensation insurer of election to no longer carry workers´ compensation insurance in Texas.
- Prepare initial Division of Workers' Compensation (“DWC”) required filings, notices and postings.
